William Johnson

Director of Educational Strategy, William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund


William Johnson serves as the Director of Educational Strategy at the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund. He is certified by the State of Connecticut to be a school district superintendent; William has also served as Assistant Superintendent, Director of Instruction, Principal and Teacher. As a consultant, he has worked on strategic plans with districts, organizations and communities. He is an Adjunct Professor in an Educational Leadership graduate program, a board member of the City Wide Youth Coalition in New Haven, CT and a Deeper Learning Equity Fellow. William holds two master’s degrees, in educational leadership and special education. He is a doctoral candidate in the Global Executive Doctor of Education program at the University of Southern California.
